ROOF CLADDING SYSTEMS
Overclad Systems
Overcladding is a method of installing a new external layer over an existing roof without removing the original structure. This added 'second skin' enhances the building’s appearance, boosts thermal efficiency, and helps prolong its lifespan.
Commonly used in the refurbishment of older buildings, overcladding offers a cost-effective alternative to full roof replacement.
CROWFIELD VILLAGE HALL (IPSWICH)
Overclad with insulation, bar and bracket, top sheet with associated flashings and gutters.
We are very pleased with the re-roofing of Crowfield Village Hall and have felt the benefit of a new roof covering with 200mm of insulation which will hopefully last us for many years. P and F Cladding undertook the project from the beginning helping us with various grant applications. The installation of the new roof was completed in short time with little or no disruption. We were provided with a full range of documentation relating to the works to be undertaken and guarantees.
The operatives on site worked well in a safe and organised way with no delays, as all materials and access equipment were already on site for work to start on time. Overall, we are glad we used P and F Cladding.
